It can be super weird and off putting if you don't actually understand the genre you are watching... Which is why I actually try to research what I am watching before I watch it... Example watching Gintama when you were expecting something like DBZ

The people that usually hate on anime and games are those that don't like it because they don't fit their agenda. They're trying to force on others or people that have poor education that I can't understand the story so they hate on it because they can't understand it.
