So I don't think they tested the console characters very well, lol. Hawk's 720 super has a giant blind spot and literally won't grab smaller characters if you're on top of them. Jab spire basically also doesn't hit at all on anyone standing or crouching, so it does nothing

This is for the person who struggles with their body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. Sometimes I wear something so beautiful that it reminds me that I’m beautiful too… Because what’s on the inside is what will radiate to the outside. Every day, I focus on being kind or sharing a helping hand. My body is a vessel for what I believe to be true about the world and that’s that everyone can make a difference- big or small. In a world of unfortunate circumstances- here’s a reminder: we are not defined by our circumstances but by our courage to redefine our circumstances. Then of course there was the woman who had to be restrained by her friends. One of whom told a roomful of women the next day that she did it “because a barrister throwing a punch is not a good look”. How do you know when you're at 2 RIR if you never test failure? You don't. You're guessing. Research shows you're probably wrong by 3-4 reps. What people think is 2 RIR is actually 5 RIR. The solution: Train to actual failure regularly. Not every set. But often enough to calibrate perception. Once you've experienced true mechanical failure: where the weight won't move no matter how hard you try, then you know what proximity feels like. Then you can back off to 1-2 RIR with accuracy. If you never test it, you're training nowhere near as hard as you think. "I don't want to train to failure, it's not optimal." Cool. Then you can't accurately gauge intensity. Which means you probably don't have enough to grow. Pick your limitation.
