Wrong. Simplistic nonsense, for many reasons. One: this approach stops kids learning from their mistakes, preventing them from realising their potential. "If you lose, you're a loser" is so fundamentally dumb as a coaching message I conclude you have never played sport.

That's how coaches are supposed to be.
