ये मोहम्मद इरफान सोलंकी है ! ये समाजवादी पार्टी का विधायक है। कानपुर की एक अदालत ने इसे 7 साल की सजा सुनाई है। इसने गरीब महिला के घर में आग लगा दी थी, उसकी जमीन छीन ली थी। अब इसकी विधायिकी जाने का खतरा भी मंडरा रहा है।
