Pure evil. My dog Tilly is a rescue. Found her as a dumped young pup running around on a hot asphalt parking lot, looking at every car, every person for help. She’s a treasure.

Some people just ought not exist in this world.

They found us about a year ago. They were so grateful to be taken in. Animal, child & elder cruelty really infuriates me!!

In most of these types of videos, the person recording it is the one who put the dog/animal in harm's way, all for clicks and views.
