The argument makes perfect sense if you understand that ~23,000,000 (which only includes recognized) miscarriage related deaths occur every year worldwide. Given there is no system to ensure that each of these "lives" is maintained, the pro-life argument falls apart hilariously.

Stop. Argument has no basis as currently there is very little if anything that can be done to prevent early miscarriage. Taking every women to the hospital would not have any impact on early misscariage rates.
