How did Ghanaians agree to call Avocado Pear 😂

Nobody lied to anyone. They are all pear. One is avocado/alligator pear. It is still correct to call it pear. But in the supermarkets in Europe/America they have pear and avocado pear. The only way to distinguish is to call one avocado 🥑

One time I went to one of the shop in UK and I was looking for pear to buy to eat with my oil rice. I couldnt find any so I asked the attendant to get me one. When she brought it I thought she has gotten me a pear until I reached home to meet that fruit 😒

She’s not entirely accurate with her comment. Yes Avocado 🥑 is the name peoplcall this fruit in other countries. But it’s also true that other countries also refer to it as pear . Though there’s another fruit called pear 🍐. Others also refer to it as AVOCADO PEAR.
