How did I become a Flat Earther 👀 I tried debunking Flat Earth 😳

@phone_booth_pod @BillSEsquire_11 @TedsGhost1010 @Death6102 My 8 year old told me yesterday that he knows the earth isnt a ball, I asked him why and he started listing off multiple flat earth concepts. I asked where he learned about it from, he said nobody told him and it was just "obvious" 🤣

It is indeed impossible to debunk Flat Earth. Because there isn't even a model being proposed that one could attempt to debunk. It's just a loose collection of ideas ranging from a firmament - to two firmaments, one magnetic pole - to 4 poles, one Moon - to 7 Moons (I kid you not), etc. There is literally no end to it.

The more I thought on the matter the more flat Earth made sense.... First I laughed at an idea, then slowly I came to realize there was NOT a single legitimate proof that Earth is in fact round, all we had was what we were told at school, in textbook, some questionable photos from "space".... There was no way to verify anything ourself. I flew on an 11 hour flight from Atlanta to Moscow, and saw us flying over Greenland for few hours. I kept wondering ever since why the hell we didn't fly "straight line" to Moscow, over the Atlantic Ocean? Not to mention no discernable curvature was ever visible from the plane. And the Sun never got to set until we landed, as if we flew alongside it.
