Yesterday I said I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep tweeting. And I know mutuals told you what I said, but I’m here now speaking for myself. In that moment, I was asking myself—can I still tweet— without cheating life? Can I still put my mental first while making others happy? The truth is, I’ve been asking myself this after every game for months now… I just never openly talked about it. I don’t care how many bangers I get or how many clips I can post. The real question for me is: can I tweet without it hindering my own life? The day I can no longer provide for others on the TL is the day I’m done. Lucky for you guys that day is not today

Been ending a lot of my interviews lately by asking filmmakers to name something they did that they’re proud of. I started doing this partly because I noticed I’m really bad at answering that question myself, and think it’s important to take pride in your work. I’ve been getting better at it though, and actually have a very easy time pinpointing something I’m especially proud of in 2023 — getting nominated for the Press Award at the IATSE Local 600 Publicists Awards. It’s hard to put into words how much I LOVE what I do, how grateful I am to be able to do it, and how deeply I appreciate all of the artists who’ve shared their craft and experiences with me during our interviews. None of that would be possible without the publicists I get to work with, a number of whom I’ve known my entire career. To any publicist reading this, THANK YOU. Thank you for your hard work and passion, and for always making me feel welcomed, supported, and like this is a business where I can thrive and keep my heart full. ❤️📽️

⛰️ I just… I just like working hard. Whatever it is. You only get one life, right? So I just want to work hard without any regrets. Because I don’t think I’d be happy if I were loved without working hard. Then this time, after consistently working hard for 8 years, I received love, and only then, when I felt it myself, I realized, “Woah, I’m really being loved right now.” So I’m grateful that it turned out that way. If I hadn’t worked hard and had just gotten by on talent, and if I had just gotten lucky, I don’t think I would’ve been that happy. So I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and keep working hard consistently. You all recognize it/notice it (my efforts), actually - so that’s what I’m grateful for. It’s also important that I acknowledge my own efforts, but I’m really grateful when other people acknowledge my efforts too. And the sense of fulfillment I get from that is really big too. Honestly, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a really long time 🦊 I started training and dancing when I was in my third year of middle school and since then, I’ve been growing my dream of becoming a singer. I’ve just been running towards it and before I knew it, five years had passed! 🦊 And today, I finally made that dream come true!
