It's the continuous improvement which brings the Accuracy. Probably they might have missed this point while building flyover. When KCR govt built 36 flyovers within Hyd Modi govt failed to build 1 flyover. Shame on it.

Chandrashekar Rao, that every family, in every village, however remote, deserves safe drinking water right at their doorstep. There was a time when securing a pot of drinking water defined everyday life in Telangana. It meant: • Walking gruelling kilometres with empty pots in search of water. • Waiting endlessly for tankers and fighting over every single drop. • Families consuming fluoride-contaminated water that devastated their health and future generations. • Depending on unsafe water sources that spread disease instead of sustaining life. For decades, this hardship was accepted as normal. It never should have been. Mission Bhagiratha changed that forever. Under KCR Garu’s visionary leadership, Telangana built one of the world’s largest rural drinking water grids.
