BEGGARS CANNOT BE CHOOSERS. The world did not see the PAF flying during the entire four day war except the intial minutes when India struck terror sites on Day 1. PAF AWACS and JF-17s got shot down first by the S-400 when they got airborne, and when they got grounded they got slammed by Indian airstrikes on 11 airbases. Pakistani Aand Forces first failed in protecting the terror sites on the first day and failed on next day in protecting the radars and ADs in whole Pakistan from Indian Drone strikes and failed again on next day to save hangars and runways of 11 PAF airbases. All they have is the Lahori Churan of "We shot down Rafales and destroyed S-400" with blurry satellite images as proofs. Now coming to Pakistan being a negotiator in the Iran War. It is just a joke. Pakistan is just a postman exchanging messages, nothing more. Did Iran has said till now that it accepts Pakistani mediation or even this postman role? No. Did Vance came to Pakistan to negotiate with Iran either? No. All Pakistan did was sell Lahori Churan to its own people and hold a meeting with the FMs of Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, all of whom are just client states of the US. Two need loans from the US and two need security from the US. Pakistan is doing all of this drama for three reasons. First, Pakistan needs IMF and World Bank loans to survive the coming economic shock, so it cannot anger its masters in Washington. Second, if the Iran war escalates, Saudi Arabia can ask Pakistan to protect them under that so called defence pact, which could create a civil war in Pakistan because of the Shia-Sunni divide. Moreover, if Pakistan denies Saudi Arabia's request, Riyadh can pull out the $5 billion dollars it placed in Pakistani banks to save Pakistan from defaulting. Third, if the US starts a ground invasion or operations in Iran it will need bases in Pakistan for intel gathering, and in that scenario Iran will start striking Pakistan as well. So the only way out Pakistan sees from this situation is a terror attack on India to trigger a war, so Pakistan can decouple itself from the whole situation. Because the Aand Forces know they are just a postman, no deescalation or peace is happening, and in an escalatory situation Pakistan will be caught between a rock and a hard place. If Pakistanis still do not believe this, at least listen to your own Form 47 government's PM ShowBaz Sharif, who admits that No one in the world takes Pakistan seriously and uses it as a Useful idiot or Mercenary State.

Saudi Arabia Announces USD 3 Billion Additional Support, Extends USD 5 Billion Deposit: Finance Minister Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, has informed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has committed USD 3 billion in additional deposits, with disbursement expected in the coming week. He further stated that the existing USD 5 billion Saudi deposit would no longer remain subject to the earlier annual rollover arrangement and would instead be extended for a longer period. The Finance Minister made the annoucement while talking to members of the media in Washington, D.C., on the sidelines of the World Bank–IMF Spring Meetings 2026, and shared important details regarding Saudi financial support for Pakistan and the government’s external financing strategy. Senator Aurangzeb said this support comes at a critical time for Pakistan’s external financing needs and would help reinforce foreign exchange reserves and strengthen the country’s external account. He reiterated the government’s commitment to maintaining reserves in line with its obligations to markets and under the IMF-supported programme, including the objective of achieving around USD 18 billion in reserves, equivalent to approximately 3.3 months of import cover, by the end of the fiscal year. The Finance Minister noted that Pakistan had successfully repaid its USD 1.4 billion Eurobond last week, describing it as a “non-event,” and reaffirmed that the government remained fully committed to meeting all upcoming external obligations and maturities on time. He emphasized that Pakistan’s external financing plan is clearly defined and being implemented in a responsible and disciplined manner. Referring to his engagements in Washington, Senator Aurangzeb said that he, along with the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan and Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, had held a detailed meeting with Saudi Finance Minister H.E. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan. He recalled that he had also met the Saudi Finance Minister in Islamabad the previous Friday, but noted that the government had deliberately refrained from commenting publicly in the absence of formal communication, despite media reports and speculation, as such matters required clarity and joint understanding before being shared. The Finance Minister expressed profound gratitude to the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Finance Minister H.E. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan, and the Saudi Vice Finance Minister, for their continued support and close cooperation. He particularly appreciated the efforts made to bring the support package to fruition. Senator Aurangzeb also acknowledged the role of Pakistan’s political and economic leadership in securing and operationalizing the support. He thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Field Marshal, the Deputy Prime Minister, the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, the Finance Secretary Mr. Imdad Ullah Bosal, and their respective teams for their contributions and coordination. The Finance Minister stated that, at this juncture, sentiment and confidence were critically important. He said Pakistan was receiving unprecedented appreciation from international financial institutions, the IMF, the World Bank, institutional investors, and counterparts he was meeting in Washington. He noted that the international community was particularly recognizing Pakistan’s recent diplomatic and facilitative role in helping enable dialogue between parties that had not held face-to-face discussions for decades. He said this international appreciation, coupled with Saudi Arabia’s timely financial support, provided Pakistan with important momentum and confidence going forward, both for the economy and for the external account, including its commercial dimensions. Senator Aurangzeb further noted that Pakistan was advancing its broader external financing agenda, including the recently announced Global Medium-Term Note (GMTN) programme and the planned inaugural Panda Bond issuance, as part of efforts to diversify funding sources and strengthen market access. The Finance Minister concluded by reaffirming the government’s commitment to macroeconomic stability, fulfillment of external obligations, reform continuity, and sustained engagement with bilateral and multilateral partners. He said a more detailed interaction with the media would take place at the conclusion of the visit.

Siddhant Nagrath’s core line in that Oxford Union “India vs Pakistan” debate is that Pakistan’s structure and incentives make sustained hostility and even war with India politically and economically attractive for those who hold power there, and that this is stabilised not restrained by its nuclear posture. Nagrath argues that for 77 years Pakistan’s ruling establishment has had strong incentives to maintain confrontation with India, including the possibility of military action. He contends that Pakistan’s nuclear weapons do not create responsible restraint but instead enable aggressive behaviour under a protective umbrella. He claims it is “politically infeasible” and “economically infeasible” for those who hold the money, power, and politics in Pakistan to avoid war, because conflict sustains their position. According to him, when there is Indo‑Pak conflict, it is not Indian leaders like Narendra Modi whose electoral prospects improve most, but Pakistan’s power brokers, who gain legitimacy and resources from crisis. Terrorism and security argument Nagrath asserts that Pakistan has systematically given terrorists a home, weapons, training, military aid, intelligence support, and guidance on where and how to strike India. On this basis, he argues India faces a security environment in which Pakistan-backed terrorism and the threat of escalation are entrenched tools of state policy rather than aberrations. Rebuttal to “nuclear stabiliser” claim Responding to the proposition’s portrayal of Pakistan as a “great nuclear” stabilising power, he suggests nuclear capability has not translated into responsible de‑escalation. Instead, he frames Pakistan’s nuclear status as part of a bargaining strategy that allows it to internationalise crises and shield itself while continuing support to terror networks. Debate Context The event occurred amid prior Oxford Union controversies, including a collapsed India-Pakistan debate where Nagrath and peers like Viraansh Bhanushali participated after Indian leaders withdrew. Nagrath has debated Kashmir issues before, opposing independence motions. The video has garnered views on the Oxford Union channel, reflecting interest in India-Pakistan geopolitical discourse. #WATCH | Goa: Former MoS MEA, MJ Akbar says, "Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is worried about every single drop of water on the Indus, saying it is a red line. The message from India is different. Every single drop of Indian blood lost to terrorism sponsored by Pakistan needs accountability; Pakistan has to give an answer. Blood and water will not flow together. The full truth about Pakistan has been exposed by a very major Pakistani leader, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of the Jamait, who has told the Pakistani government, the prime minister, as well as the real chief of Pakistan, their field marshal, Asim Munir, who is the head of the armed forces, he has told them to first gargle before they say anything because he hints that the voices have become unclean with the untruth. The truth about Pakistan, which he has exposed himself, is that more than 80% of Balochistan today is out of control and governance of Islamabad. 80% of Balochistan is virtually independent. It is free. It is certainly outside the control of Pakistan. In the last 24 hours, Pakistan has bombed Pakistan in Balochistan. The fact of the matter is that Pakistan is crumbling on its Independence Day. It has become what I have described in my book as a jelly state, which will neither be stable nor will it disappear. The truth about Pakistan is known to those who have suffered the brutality of the Pakistan army in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, in Khyber and Pakhtunkhwa, and in Sindh. This truth is known to the Pakistani people. Pakistan is on the edge."

Key points from DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry’s exclusive interview to a foreign journal on 5 September: 🔳 #Pakistan hosted millions of Afghan refugees for 40 years. Measures have been taken in a very systematic manner for their dignified repatriation. 🔳 On humanitarian grounds, Pakistan has extended the deadline for Afghan refugees’ repatriation several times. 🔳 Authentic evidence exists that illegal Afghan nationals are involved in terrorism and serious crimes. 🔳 The original reasons for granting asylum to Afghan refugees were foreign interference and civil war — those reasons no longer exist. 🔳 Violent incidents in India are the result of the Indian government’s growing extremist policies. 🔳 India presents its internal problems as external ones, and its external problems as internal ones. 🔳 India, with state sponsorship, is involved in carrying out terrorist activities inside Pakistan. 🔳 Credible evidence has surfaced proving that serving Indian army officers were involved in terrorist acts inside Pakistan. 🔳 Pakistan has repeatedly presented evidence of Indian terrorism before the international community. 🔳 The international community should play its role in resolving the Kashmir issue. 🔳 Oppression of minorities, particularly Muslims, continues in Occupied Kashmir and across India. 🔳 Indian state institutions, including the army, are influenced by Hindutva ideology. 🔳 Pakistan as a state rejects all non-state actors without distinction. 🔳 There is no place in Pakistan for any militia or private armed group. 🔳 No group or individual, other than the state, has the authority to declare Jihad. 🔳 Pakistan played the role of a frontline state in the war against terrorism. 🔳 Pakistan has made immense sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. 🔳 The quantity of American weapons left behind in Afghanistan after the U.S. withdrawal is very large. 🔳 The value of U.S. weapons left in Afghanistan amounts to $7.2 billion. 🔳 Even the United States has expressed concern over the use of these weapons in terrorist activities. 🔳 During Pak-India tensions and the “Battle of Truth,” U.S. President Trump played a leadership role as a strategic leader. 🔳 Pakistan has constructive and strategic relations with its brotherly country, China. 🔳 The United States has designated the banned Majid Brigade as a global terrorist organization. 🔳 Several terrorists killed in the Fitna al-Hindustan operations in Balochistan were also included in the so-called “missing persons” lists.
