This massive piece of carved black rock is a pyramidion which is the capstone that sat at the absolute highest point of a pyramid. It specifically belonged to the Black Pyramid of Pharaoh Amenemhat III built at Dahshur roughly 4000 years ago. The beautiful carvings include a winged sun disk and the magical eyes of Horus which allowed the buried king to look out and see the sun rising every single day.

If this were a digital artifact, they would have fixed it by now. It is a perfectly angled pyramid- or triangle-shaped shadow. We know that elites sometimes like to leave clues in plain sight, so this could be their way of saying, "We told you so." Another theory of mine is that this might be the shadow of a giant triangular UFO using some form of mimicry, making the object itself invisible to the satellite while still casting a shadow.

It rests on a HUGE substructure that extends more than 30 meters below ground over at least six floors, and which is closed to the public. This network of underground tunnels stretches over more than 6 km and forms a labyrinth around a huge central shaft. This is where more than 40,000 predynastic stone vessels were found (like the precision stone vases of Matt Beall’s collection) As you can see on the pictures, many shards of broken stone vessels can still be found down there. Check out the video to get an idea of what it looks like. Thanks to Trevor Grassi for arranging a private visit for us. Hopefully we’ll have a 3D model of it soon!
