I ALWAYS enjoy listening to Marco Rubio when he speaks. So eloquent in how he frames US foreign policy. Say what you may about China, but it is coming up fast as a competitor so ANY dollar spent on the global stage must return measurable outcomes as the Secretary states in this hearing. One of the cabinet members that is far exceeding expectations. As they say, if you want to move onto the next higher role, perform your current role to the best of your ability.
