The Plumbing: actually, it would pass inspection. The branches are spaced appropriately and it has the pitch/slope needed. You can have a toilet on a slab. The shower is extra ghetto but technically fine. The exposed pipes (gas/waste) are fine. Trendies pay extra for it 😂

I know if I tried to do something like this, it would look exactly like this.

They usually raise the toilet up like that so they don't have to cut the concrete slab below. Still looks like shit tho
