I bought my family and myself all brand new luggage for our vacation that we just got back from a week ago, and all our bags look like they’re 15 years old now. All have dents, scratches, skid marks, and I mean TERRIBLE. I was looking out my airplane window and watching these guys throwing the damn luggage from above their heads and the conveyor belt was right in front of these assholes. It’s like they are intentionally trying to break and ruin your shit… it baffles me 😪
