I think studying these things isn't as bad as people make it sound, the real problem is feeling pressured to apply this with every piece you make

every tutorial ends at learn the basics and calls it teaching

Always remember that the best model for smaller things is often gonna be yourself 🙂 (for example, hands, feet, calves, you could even try using your torso as an example but this is a bit more difficult for me)

Compare yourself to yourself and improve naturally. Art is a passion. Not a competition. Simply "learning" anatomy, perspective, and color theory without any tips is very unhelpful and unmotivating due to the fact you just somehow "learn" like that, people aren't mahoraga.

what alot of people missed is that getting better at art starts with training yourself to make a smoother and finer lines, this help at forming the muscle memory required for most of these complex task

the real skill is learning to unlearn everything you think you know about "good" art. once you stop chasing what you think it should look like it just starts flowing.
