How do I manage 60+ channels?

If a channel get removed via strike, YT also removed all associated channels and emails including Adsense account which is connected to the removed channel. How do prevent this when you have 60+ channels? Been looking for this answer. I plan to have multiple channel too.

Do you use different computers and IP networks to manage different channels to prevent all channels from being traced back to the same source? I ask this because I can imagine that on this basis the algorithm could also limit clean channels if some violations are committed.
