I was scammed out of $4,300.00 by someone by the name of Charlie ward

They prey on the vulnerable.

Lowest form of life that would do this

My mom is her age. They come from a time of high trust. Scammer told my mom her electricity was being turned off. They tried getting her to pay with Apple gift cards. I stopped it immediately. She was more angry with me for pointing the scam than with the actual scammers.

Poor lady. Scammers are scum. Their methods and networks are quite intricate.

More needs to be done to combat them
