Because they need to project their misery and pathetic nature onto others.

One thing I have come to realise and notice is that people that love to bring others down, are literally down and frustrated, sick , they are just acting up to see if they can get little laugh, but once they are done, there problem increased.

How can people even laugh by making someone cry? Nowadays people are becoming more and more insensitive towards others and don’t care about the feelings of the other people! Especially, for the social media people are just doing all the wrong things with others and even doing pranks that physically hurt people along with the mental trauma!
