@Strategy @roxom It's worth adding: The captain gains tax is long-term, not short, when your basis hits zero. That's a big difference in tax treatment AND the fact most dividends are not treated that way when they're taxed.

@Strategy @roxom Now go deeper. Live of STRC: Buy $1M strc. Sell exactly 1 yr later (basis is ~$900k. Gain is $100k but if only income, get $94k at 0% LTCG rate. Include other deductions to increase this limit. Buy back next day resetting basis at $1M. Essentially tax free (not deferred)
