These tickets are discretionary - not criminal. Would someone please compile a list of these tickets with the officer's name and add them to the Brady List for 'Abuse of Authority'.

You're basically giving out meals so they can get to the next drug/alchohol induced day. You're not solving or helping the problem you're just virtue signaling and you know it. "Hunger" is so 80s.
