How do we go from Max Caster & Anthony Bowens being SO over as The Acclaimed at AEW ALL IN 2024... To Caster not being re-signed and heading to TNA Bound For Glory?

There’s no reason they should’ve ever stopped tagging. They could’ve been a forever over team like the artist formally noticed the new day.

Tired act. Both blah in the ring

You hear the chant? "Oh Scissor Me Daddy" It was because Billy Gunn got pushed more as the focal point than the young tag team, and that was the downfall of the group.

For real. One moment... I'm gonna go ahead and burn my Acclaimed merch 😢

You wouldn't be a real sicko if you didn't

😂😂

He started saying and doing some shitty things online and people were over it.

The act got stale and needed a change. Should have turned them heel. I think Caster pissed off people backastage

@MUgwueke88053 AEW signed too many ex WWE names that’s why sadly.

he killed his own momentum by being an annoying idiot on twitter

No. No. NO. We aren't going to rewrite history. I didn't endure numerous people on this app DAILY for a 2 year period, BEGGING for The Acclaimed to break up because the tag team was cringe and their act was stale. WE ARE NOT DOING THIS.

They got stale unfortunately and the tag division got a lot better without them. They aren’t very good wrestlers tbh

The fanbase changed after Punk ratfucked them. The WWE casual fans who watched for Punk liked the Acclaimed because they're a WWE type act. Once those fans went back to Vince, the more purist fans that stayed got sick of them. Caster is very good at the WWE bump and feed.

Some acts don't last forever and that's OK. There's a shelf life for all gimmicks

Tk is absolutely fucking awful at pulling the trigger when a wrestler is hot

It’s life It happens Everybody can’t be at the top I never wanted Eddie and Jericho to leave WCW but that happened

I've said it once I've said it twice I've said it a million times. WWE is for characters, and AEW is for wrestlers. Max Caster is a silly pretty boy who raps on his way down to the ring, Thuganomics style. Therefore, he's more on the WWE, or on this case TNA, side.

going to guess ego. its the problem when two single guys get put together as a team who do not work well as a single wrestler i wanted to see where the best wrestler alive was going hoping he would get better... real question is where the heck is private party injuries again.

Don’t understand it either, they bowens fairly hard. Everything that caster touched got over, yet it seemed like they just quit giving him airtime. Makes you wonder

They moment they got albatrossed with Billy Gunn they were doomed. That tie should have been cut after two weeks. Sucks for them and I wish them the best but they were doomed with that baggage.

Neither re-signed and I think both are going to TNA.

The matches with their tag team getting back together with both of them trying to win the match despite hating each other was a good time.

Great for him. Great for anyone who get to work. I wish he reinvents himself.

Because some acts, when limited, can get over but have a shelf life.

Fans wanted them to break up and Bowens to go single. They broke up and Bowens went single as fans hated them. Blame fans

Should’ve kept them as the Acclaimed and put the tag titles on them ! Dropped ball by Tony

Caster is the reason why it went south

Tony ran out of ideas past “scissor me daddy ass” lol. Seriously speaking he made them 2d characters in a 3d world. It was always going to wind up this way

Because not everyone loved the Acclaimed after all.

Because their act ran its course. Having different places to go to freshen up your shit is good for wrestling.

Because Tony is a fucking retard

What did the fraud Tony do? Split them up. Absolutely the worst decision ever.

Caster continued to open his mouth

Tony doesny like him isnt it obvious

I mean they won the belts and had a couple of hot matches with Swerve and Lee, won the trios, helped revitalize Billy Gunn. They had a shelf life unfortunately, especially Caster

You know how.
