How do you explain what's happening here?

A demonic mockery of the church and what it represents. Scam artists exist though and that doesn't mean in every instance there's demonic activity; however, when you have a gathering this large you tend to wonder. Nothing in the scriptures point to this as normal.

Fake. I went to one of these churches. Dude tried to push me down. I was like, nope. That whole building, i felt nothing but the spirit of confusion lurking.

A bunch of sad, lonely people connecting through a lie. I went to a church that did this once out of curiosity, but in this instance people where lined up and a guy was touching people on the forehead and they were dropping like flies, as he got closer to me I was genuinely scared, fearful I was about to lose consciousness/faint like everyone else, then tap, and nothing. Just awkward eye contact with a conman who then exclaimed "You're without sin!", I laughed my way out.

I've seen this before elsewhere and can give some insight. Some want to be seen as really good or chosen/picked and some don't want to be left out. It's a sort of social status peer pressure in a way. There might be like 2 in the group that really think it's happening to them.
