How do you know if you can trust someone?

When a person's words are congruent with their thoughts, that's when you can trust them. You have to be able to map your their mind and see how well it lines up with what they're saying.

It is much easier. I don't hold back, I tell what I think or feel, and the people trust me. Honesty is the key... And the people who don't like that, they can't stay with me. In every firm, with every supervisor, in every relationship this works.

Actions speak louder than words. And time will tell if actions are consistent with the words stated.

They consistently disappoint you. It's a process, really. Like learning to properly fold a fitted sheet.
