Perhaps it was poured like concrete or levitated with frequency, but one fact is clear: building it was easy for its creators. This suggests a lost technology and/or people built it before Homo sapiens became dominant. The current narrative shows a devolution in all aspects of life and understanding of this planet, so I doubt it was built by slaves with copper chisels. Diamond bits are needed today to cut granite, and that was true thousands of years ago.

It is said in the ancient legends the gods used lightning axes/tools to cut/melt the stone, that implies to me highly sophisticated plasma/ionization tools, there are legends of deities like Viracocha, Oannes, Wandjina, Nommo, Nagas NHI beings that are said to have cut/melted the very hard rocks 👽+🪨=🗿
