Praying for survivors. If I had to guess, this was malicious. I refuse to believe that incompetent people can fly black hawk helicopters.

I don’t get it watching the video. The helicopter just drives directly into the plane.

There are too many holes in the swiss cheese. 1. ATC, hello anyone home? 2. TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System) should have sounded off in both aircraft 3. Both pilots should have received un-missable alerts to go up or down. (Resolution Advisory, at least for the jet)
