In this post I will explain why people become borderline religious when they discover Qubic. Now with video. Please repost. I want people to learn about QUBIC. The ecosystem consists of 3 separate universes: AI, Mining, and Tickchain. AI is the primary product and purpose of QUBIC and it is supported by Mining to train the AI and by Tickchin for validation and decentralization. Here is how this whole thing works: AI: Let’s start with the AI. The main purpose of QUBIC is creating AGI (Artificial General Intelligence). It’s a type of AI that can self-develop, set tasks, grow, and learn on its own—much like the human brain does. This product is called AIGarth and it uses many cool ideas where AIs can create their own agents and have them compete against one another to evolve. It is basically robots creating robots with the survival-of-the-fittest evolution approach. Very impressive and thought out. To develop such an AI there are several requirements that even the industry giants like OpenAI, Microsoft, and Tesla are missing. One of them is the data processing for AI training. I mean they have their Datacenters, but those are only good enough to train limited Large Language Models such as ChatGPT and Grok. Mining / Training: Now QUBIC solves this problem with its mining architecture. Keep in mind, mining in QUBIC does not secure the chain, primarily it provides the processing power for training the AI. In a sense, QUBIC mining creates the largest distributed datacenter in the world, where individual miners provide their computers for training the AI and get paid with newly issued QUBIC coins. This way QUBIC gets constantly increasing processing power without having to really pay for the infrastructure. And here is another impressive bit of info. QUBIC’s distributed mining network currently ranks above the #1 supercomputer in the world - El Capitan. QUBIC Tickchain The QUBIC chain ties its AI and Mining together to create decentralization, the reward system for miners, it acts as a decision voting system for future development, and it allows AIGarth to function independently through Smart Contracts. In this summary I will not go over the specifics of QUBIC Tickchain. It’s pretty complex so it will be a separate post. Now, it’s an absolute genius piece of tech, which I consider the most advanced product within crypto industry. It is important to know that QUBIC chain runs directly out of Random Access Memory of its validators. It has instant finality and acts as its own operating system. That allows for speeds only bound by current hardware capabilities and it only increases as technology progresses. As I am writing this, QUBIC Tickchain is fully functional and it already hosts several smart-contract based web3 applications. QUBIC has designed its chain to be this fast for a single purpose, to give its future AI the speed it needs to evolve and to react quickly to the outside world. Ilya Shutskever the scientist, who developed ChatGPT clearly states that next generation superintelligence will make decisions in split second with less data. I believe QUBIC is that next generation. Why QUBIC? So out of the sea of AI projects in crypto why is QUBIC my #1 pick? Well, the first reason is that QUBIC is a unicorn AI startup that happens to use blockchain tech to reach it’s goals. In the real world of Venture Capital it would be fully funded instantly and you would not be invited. Second reason is that the industry admits that Large Language Models have plateaued. Even with enough processing power there is only so much information they can add to their data. Even Google CEO admits that. New approach is needed because the future progress is not possible with LLMs. The third reason is because Large Language Models will not create true AGI. It is evident by Ilya Shutskver latest presentation. Sam Altman of OpenAI is trying to change the definition of what is considered AGI just to lower the plank for his own product. Microsoft’s AI chief is now claiming that it would take 10 years to reach AGI, while QUBIC aims to do this in 2027. All these big players are using wrong technology for what they are trying to achieve and there isn’t enough investor funding for them to pivot. The fourth reason is that QUBIC is headed by Sergey Ivancheglo and 2 renowned AI scientists. Many claim Segey is the creator of Bitcoin. He was the 3rd person to mine bitcoin, he invented Proof of Stake consensus, which Ethereum uses now, he ran the first ICO, and he created 2 of the top gainers in crypto NXT and IOTA. In 2024, we discovered a tremendously innovative network, which quickly attracted us due to its technology, completely different from anything we had seen before (and believe me, the Kairos Tek team has seen many in over a decade in Blockchain!): Qubic (created by Come-from-Beyond, after NXT and IOTA, at least...). Moreover the Qubic vision was also really atractive for us. To evolve the traditional mining mechanism (PoW: Proof of Work) so that the computational effort had an end by itself: train the first decentralized Artificial General Intelligence. They call it uPoW (Useful Proof of Work). In March 2025 we had the opportunity to participate in the first hackathon organized by Qubic in the world, held at 42 Madrid. In a long weekend we learned in detail how this network worked, spoke in person with some of the developers who created it, with the minds behind Qubic's vision, and with all the people who were part of the Ecosystem team working to promote the development of projects on the network: J0ET0M Daniel Díez Alber @AxelArdevines Talentnodes @lattiodev David Vivancos - e/acc Jose Sánchez and many others. And not only did we win second prize, but we also confirmed that Kairos wanted to be part of this ecosystem, developing Easy Connect thanks to the Qubic's incubation program. Most people who hate $QUBIC have never actually read what it is. They saw “IOTA” and stopped reading. Here is what is actually happening with this project before you form an opinion: $QUBIC started as a concept inside the IOTA ecosystem back in 2018. The original vision was called Quorum Based Computations. The idea was to build smart contracts, oracles, and decentralised computing on top of IOTA’s feeless ledger. It was years ahead of the market in ambition. IOTA never fully built it, so the founder built it himself. Sergey Ivancheglo (Come From Beyond) is the man behind $QUBIC today. He co-created IOTA and created NXT before that, one of the first Proof of Stake blockchains in crypto history. He left IOTA in 2019 after public disagreements with the foundation and took the Qubic vision independent. That history is real. The drama was real. It is also irrelevant to what $QUBIC does technically today. Here is the honest picture of what the project actually is: - $QUBIC runs on Useful Proof of Work. Miners do not waste energy on meaningless calculations. The computation trains AI models instead. Every hash has a function. That is a genuinely novel concept. - The network claims over 15 million transactions per second in verified tests. It has no gas fees. Finality is near instant. The architecture is bare metal, meaning no virtual machine overhead, which is how those numbers are possible. - The token has a fixed supply and a burn mechanism. There was no premine and no VC allocation. The launch was as fair as crypto gets. The legitimate concerns are also real: - The governance is concentrated. 676 Computers control consensus. There is an Arbitrator role with significant power. For a project that claims decentralisation, that structure deserves scrutiny. - The AI component called Aigarth is still unproven at scale. The TPS claims have not been tested under real world load conditions comparable to what Visa or Solana handles daily. - And the founder’s track record includes public breakdowns and legal threats during the IOTA years. That history does not disappear because the project is new. So here is the honest conclusion: $QUBIC is not a scam. It is also not a sure thing. It is a technically ambitious Layer 1 with a controversial founder, real innovation in Useful Proof of Work and AI integration, legitimate governance concerns, and a community that is growing without traditional VC backing. The people calling it a guaranteed 100x are not doing you any favours. Neither are the people calling it an obvious rug without checking the on chain data. This Chinese guy created agents in Claude Code for MCP servers and single-handedly serves 6 marketing agencies a month from one iPhone, earning $5,000 from each. Inside he runs a pipeline of 7 agents on Claude Sonnet 4.6 that every Monday pulls a scan of the tech stack from a selected agency, develops an MCP server for its ad accounts, and over the course of a week brings it to production code ready to connect to Claude Desktop. No DevOps, no senior developer, no project manager. Just a Mac Mini in a work corner, an iPhone in the pocket, and a single API key. And traditional dev shops keep 5 people on project rates for the same contract, while his entire P&L is tokens, dirt-cheap hosting on Cloudflare, and Calendly. 7 agents run under a shared orchestrator-router and burn about 5 million tokens a day, which in the API bill comes out to $540 a month. The Mac Mini itself sits at home and keeps the entire orchestrator running 24/7, and from the iPhone the owner connects to it through a secure remote terminal and sees the output of any session right on the smartphone screen, wherever he happens to be. His starting system prompt looks like this: "you run a solo shop for custom MCP servers for marketing agencies. you hand out read-only tasks to 6 sub-agents and own all commits and shipping yourself. sub-agents: // Hunter (finds marketing agencies of 15 to 60 people that have no MCP access to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and HubSpot) // Mapper (pulls their tech stack, identifies 3 to 5 integration pains, and simultaneously writes the technical spec for the server: which tools, resources, and prompts to export through MCP, which auth flow and rate limit) // Coder (generates an MCP server in Python through the MCP SDK, deploys 8 to 15 tools for ad accounts and CRM) // Validator (connects the server to Claude Desktop, runs real client API keys in a sandbox, and checks for compliance with the MCP spec) // Shipper (writes a README, integration guide, deployment manual, packages the server, and hosts it on Cloudflare Workers or pushes to the GitHub of the client) // Mobile (always online on the iPhone, books demo calls in Calendly, picks up hot fixes, and confirms contracts through a secure remote terminal to the Mac Mini). only 1 owner agent works on 1 contract, no overlaps. you pull the owner out of observation mode only when a deal goes above $7,500 or the test coverage of the server drops below 85%." This prompt gives the system an understanding of its role and the limits of intervention from the very first line. It knows it is supposed to find agencies on its own. It knows it is supposed to bring every MCP server to production on its own. It knows it connects the live owner only on large deals or when the tests do not converge. → The pipeline runs without breaks, day or night → Hunter goes through about 130 marketing agencies on LinkedIn and Clutch per day → Mapper rolls out 4 audit reports with the tech stack and a final spec for each → Coder writes 1 to 2 MCP servers per week in Python with 8 to 15 tools → Validator validates every server through Claude Desktop with real client API keys → Shipper rolls out the full documentation package and pushes the finished product to Cloudflare Workers or the GitHub of the client And only when a contract breaks $7,500 or test coverage drops below 85% does the orchestrator pull the owner from whatever he is doing. And when the owner at that moment is behind the wheel or at a meeting in a coworking space, the Mobile agent in his iPhone picks up 1 contract in progress: confirms a meeting with the agency CMO in Calendly, opens a live demo of the MCP server through a secure terminal to the Mac Mini, and writes the test result to the shared state. The owner just swipes "approve" and in 15 minutes joins the Zoom demo. The fresh system log from last Wednesday looks like this: "hunter report: 132 agencies checked on LinkedIn and Clutch, 19 without MCP integrations, 8 with active requests for AI tooling in job posts, 4 with an open Q4 budget. passing to mapper." "coder: MCP server for Northwave Performance Marketing built in Python, 11 tools for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, 320 lines of code. exported to /Users/dev/mcp-shop/clients/northwave/server.py. validator connecting to Claude Desktop." "validator: 11 tools passed validation through Claude Desktop, test coverage 92%, average latency 380 ms. passing to shipper." "eval flag: contract with Pacific Reach Agency at $8,200 exceeds the approved limit of $7,500. sending for manual review." In his work setup there is no cloud server, no external team, and not even a separate office. At home sits a Mac Mini with a sandbox at /Users/dev/mcp-shop, on top runs an MCP router with a single API key to Claude, and the same key is forwarded to a secure terminal on the iPhone. Out of everything I have seen this year, this is the cleanest solo shop for custom MCP servers for marketing agencies: $540 a month on the API, about $30,000 into the account, and between them 7 system prompts, 1 Mac Mini in a work corner, and 1 iPhone that never leaves the pocket.

The Trump administration just ADMITTED in court that DOGE employees illegally accessed the personal data of 300 MILLION Americans. Then tried to share it with a political group to "overturn election results." Your name. Your birthday. Your Social Security number. All of it exposed on an unsecured server with no audit trail. Here's the scandal no one is talking about: In January 2025, Elon Musk launched DOGE with a promise: Cut $2 TRILLION in government waste. Trump gave him unprecedented access to federal systems. Including the Social Security Administration. That's the database with YOUR name. YOUR birthday. YOUR address. YOUR Social Security number. The personal information of every American who's ever applied for a Social Security card. In March 2025, a federal judge issued a restraining order. DOGE was blocked from accessing Social Security data. The judge's words were brutal: "DOGE is engaged in a fishing expedition... without any concrete knowledge that the needle is actually in the haystack." But DOGE didn't stop. According to court filings released last week, within 24 HOURS of that restraining order... Senior officials at SSA "received instructions to undo the court-ordered access restrictions for two DOGE employees." They ignored a federal judge. From March 7 to March 17, DOGE employees started sharing data through Cloudflare. A third-party server that was NOT approved for storing government data. The Social Security Administration admitted: "SSA has not been able to determine exactly what data were shared to Cloudflare or whether the data still exist on the server." They literally don't know what was taken or where it went. Meanwhile, one DOGE employee sent an "encrypted and password-protected file" to Steve Davis. Who is Steve Davis? Elon Musk's top lieutenant. His right-hand man across multiple companies. The file allegedly contained the names and addresses of roughly 1,000 Americans. The SSA still can't open the file to verify what's inside. But here's where it gets INSANE. Court documents reveal that TWO DOGE employees were contacted by a "political advocacy group." The group's goal? To "find evidence of voter fraud and to overturn election results in certain States." One DOGE employee actually SIGNED a "Voter Data Agreement" with this group. Let that sink in. Government employees with access to 300 million Americans' data... Secretly agreeing to share that information with a political group trying to overturn elections. In August 2025, a whistleblower named Chuck Borges came forward. Borges was the Chief Data Officer at SSA. A 22-year Navy veteran. Career federal employee. He warned that DOGE had copied the ENTIRE Social Security database into a vulnerable cloud server. Names. Birthdays. Addresses. Citizenship status. Parents' names. Everything. An internal SSA risk assessment form said it plainly: "Unauthorized access to the NUMIDENT would be considered catastrophic impact to SSA beneficiaries." Career security officials recommended: "Production data should not be used." DOGE used it anyway. Borges was forced to resign shortly after filing his complaint. For MONTHS, the SSA denied any wrongdoing. Then last Friday, the Justice Department filed a "correction to the record." Translation: They admitted the whistleblower was right. The DOGE employees have been referred for potential Hatch Act violations. Democrats are calling for criminal prosecution. But here's the kicker: DOGE was disbanded in November 2025. Eight months ahead of schedule. Musk called it "an interesting side quest." The question now is simple: Who has your data? And what are they doing with it?

New Course: ACP: Agent Communication Protocol Learn to build agents that communicate and collaborate across different frameworks using ACP in this short course built with IBM Research's BeeAI, and taught by Sandi Besen, AI Research Engineer & Ecosystem Lead at IBM, and Nicholas Renotte, Head of AI Developer Advocacy at IBM. Building a multi-agent system with agents built or used by different teams and organizations can become challenging. You may need to write custom integrations each time a team updates their agent design or changes their choice of agentic orchestration framework. The Agent Communication Protocol (ACP) is an open protocol that addresses this challenge by standardizing how agents communicate, using a unified RESTful interface that works across frameworks. In this protocol, you host an agent inside an ACP server, which handles requests from an ACP client and passes them to the appropriate agent. Using a standardized client-server interface allows multiple teams to reuse agents across projects. It also makes it easier to switch between frameworks, replace an agent with a new version, or update a multi-agent system without refactoring the entire system. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll build: - A RAG agent with CrewAI and wrap it inside an ACP server. - An ACP Client to make calls to the ACP server you created. - A sequential workflow that chains an ACP server, created with Smolagents, to the RAG agent. - A hierarchical workflow using a router agent that transforms user queries into tasks, delegated to agents available through ACP servers. - An agent that uses MCP to access tools and ACP to communicate with other agents. You’ll finish up by importing your ACP agents into the BeeAI platform, an open-source registry for discovering and sharing agents. ACP enables collaboration between agents across teams and organizations. Paradox Infrastructure to Tokenize Part of Their $5m Fleet of BTC Miners on PinLink We’re delighted to announce that Paradox Infrastructure - who operate one of the leading global BTC mining operations - will be tokenizing a portion of their $5m+ mining fleet on PinLink’s “Pinnacle” fractional RWA marketplace. Paradox owns and operates over 800 M66S Whatsminer Immersion Models and they will start by tokenizing some of these miners on PinLink’s marketplace when our mainnet launches shortly.
