Its the way Shannon can't handle hearing someone's perspective. Heather is entitled to tell her how she feels, and Shannon starts to crumble. Shannon has known Tamra and her instigating for a DECADE, and she still can't fire back. Ridiculous how quickly she crumbles. #RHOC
