Cats depend on people for everything they needโ€”food, fresh water, a clean litter box, veterinary care, and, most important, affection and love. They do not need to participate in "the food chain." ๐Ÿšซ ๐Ÿ’ฏ

The best thing you can do for your cat is to keep them safe inside with you. If your cat is eager to explore outdoors, you can give them opportunities to do so under supervision.๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘‡

You realize cats have a natural tendency to hunt, right? If you really don't want them acting within their instinct, we shouldn't have domesticated them.

All 3 of my cats were born from feral colonies and are 100% indoors. Keeping them engaged and happy is part of being family. Being a responsible pet parent is not for everyone.
