I used to think therapy was for people with coping issues but everyone can benefit from it. Self awareness is everything. ❤️🙏🏾

@thevicmensashow @MassAppeal @KierGaines Tbh, this made me cry a little bit for the younger version of you. To start that young is gut wrenching. I know ppl say things like this made them who they are today but if you COULD change one thing from your childhood, would this be it?
