Rigged. California sent me a 2020 mail in ballot - they forgot to include the presidential candidates. A two weeks later they sent another ballot and an undated letter. The letter stated that I should send in the corrected ballot, if I’d already mailed my ballot they’d straighten it out. How is that possible? Missing the presidential candidates. Who could be that stupid?
