For all the players (at all ages) that spend their entire batting practice “hooking and pulling” everything… Take a look at the video and then listen carefully to Adam Wainwright Adam Wainwright talk about Castellanos’ approach in BP today… hint… not one pitch pulled… everything backside (oppo). Batting practice is a chance to work your swing and focus on “in game approach.” Wish more young players could learn this and work to apply. Become a complete hitter. Dirt Bro Diamond Training Next Level Baseball
