they got ptsd for a second too 😩

They all have that “shit! I’m late for work” look😂

I like it but it also makes me sad for some reason

That one horse just really just ripped a chain of farts and ran off

Horse said: “You know my past, the races I’ve run, the horses I’ve beaten. I’m retired now, but I’ve still got one more good race in me. Give me three months and I’ll be ready.”

Once upon a time, "war horses were trained to respond to various commands, including bugle calls, which are used to direct movements during battle. This training is essential for their effectiveness in the chaotic environment of war." We do not deserve horses, or dogs. 🥹

The ones that just immediately run hard af after they hear it

2nd horse got ptsd

My first horse was an Appendix and she raced in Quarter Horse races before I got her. She would freak out at the bugle sound - she hated her time at the track in California. Glad she had a good life with me after her time on the track. RIP Woodland Dash…

All of them are so shocked.

I fed peppermints to this Kentucky Derby Winner at his home. Mine That Bird. He was really tall and Disney made a movie about him: “50 to 1.” (His odds.)

This like taking an IED survivor to the fireworks show.

When an F1 fan hears a V10 again

I despise horse racing. I despise any animal used for sport. I despise horses used for carriages

Like an old soldier when they hear Reveille

Bruh the face...🤣

You can the horse out of the race but you can’t keep the race out of the horse 🐎😊💕

Horsie be like:

I had 2 retired thoroughbreds. Wish I’d thought of that.

Hearing trauma sound 😂

How can anyone not love horses?

People should buy ex racehorses it keeps them out of the slaughter house and they make a great trail horse.❤️😍

What's great about it other than the fact that these guys didn't wind up in dog food cans which is where horses not fast enough for the track usually wind up.

Triggering their PTSD

It is true- they really do perk up when they hear the call to post

They know that call to post! Still is is wonderful to see their reactions!

Got my box seats for Oaklawn for my birthday today!

A sprinter called The Tatling was diagnosed with equine depression and brought out of retirement because the cause was seeing the horseboxes going to the races without it being involved any more.

Poor things they probably have ptsd from that 🤣

Yes, how great it is that we wear these sentient animals out for our own entertainment.
