If you use Premiere, it's just the text tab. If you use something else, look up "Text-based editing" for that software

I wish it had a way to do proper nouns and cities better with repetition. Otherwise I love text based editing

Something I have to definitely sharpen is a nore efficient way to edit and cut down time.

Didn’t think to have presets ready to go. What kind of preset did you have for audio? Do you recommend using them for anything else that helps you save time? Also I need to try this with the text window

For audio I have volume, denoiser, dereverb, EQ, and compressor. But that just applies to my specific mic, voice and environment. Other presets I use are for slow zoom and static zoom scaling, and a few more to scale and blur backgrounds for tiktok, or animate text pop ups. I have some extra presets from if i'm editing a gaming short

Yeah I thought about it as I read your reply - you are probably often/always editing your mic so you know all those settings needed. Im often editing gameplay with 1-3 people talking, so I probably cant use a blanket preset for all of it. But maybe I can find basic ones to help

You should try macroing, Taran has some good macro repos over on his GitHub page.

Do they have something similar to this to delete gaps in Final Cut?

I don't use Final Cut but a quick google search says there are plugins that can achieve it.
