Governor Chukwuma Soludo is constructing another Airport at Ndikelionwu Anambra state . I have no problem with a state like Anambra state owning more than one airport but i want to ask him... As an authority in Economics, is a second airport our top-most priority? Does he not understand the concept "scale of preference"? Our road transport system has not been structured in such a way that one can move from one town to another seemlessly and he is constructing a second airport.
