It might make you feel good (which is not bad), but your nervous system isn’t being asked to changed anything. And just because some very successful shooters talk about doing it everyday doesn’t mean that’s what made them good. Their shot was built through years of self organization at real speeds with real stress. We spend time shooting from deep, using flat ball flights, focusing on specific types of misses, then we add visual stress and reduce room for error.
