How is RE7 almost a decade old? Like, I vividly remember watching stuff for it when it came out. Honestly, now that I think about it, RE7 might genuinely be one of my favourite games of all time. I really need to play through it again soon.

👤 what kind of drama will the two of you remember ‘lovely runner’ as? 💙 for me, honestly.. although i really like lovely runner as a drama, i really really like sunjae that it's almost like love. so for me, he's someone i won't be able to forget for the rest of my life. so with that, i think the drama itself is a drama i won't forget. also, in the future too, i think it's a drama i'll keep watching. even now at dawn, sometimes i look it up myself especially when i couldn't sleep around 3 to 4am.. yeah, there are times like that. 💛 to me, lovely runner is like a diary. the sides of me that i was able to show at that time, as well as the atmosphere.. although it's already been a year, if i'm asked to do it right this instant, i wonder if i'll be able to do it. because i think i was able to record how i was at that time (through the drama), i feel like it's a drama that contains my 29-year old self so it's a drama that i'll miss a lot.

John McTiernan on how he learnt moviemaking by watching 'Day for Night' (1972): "I remember when I decided that that's what I was going to do. I went about it like it was reverse engineering. I knew that I had to go and learn what a movie was, not just my experience of going and watching a movie. So I went and sat in Truffaut's Day for Night (1972), watched it for three days straight, eight hours at a time and memorized it shot-for-shot. I got past the story, all the original and secondary experience, so I could study what it was that I was really watching. Film is really sort of a chain that's really linear. Yet when it's all strung together, it just sort of feels like an experience. It takes quite a while to be able to deconstruct that experience to figure out what you really saw." (John McTiernan's interview with Alex Simon, The Hollywood Interview, 1999)

But now, since the situation was such that I had to keep going anyway, I told the flight attendant, “I’m sorry, but would it be okay if I stand for a bit?” ⛰️ When I say it like this, it sounds like I’m making a show of it, but I just wanted to tell you how much it meant to me/how sincere I was about it. Really. It’s not like “I did well, praise me.” It’s just that that one stage and you all were so precious to me**, so in my own way I tried saying this. Yes. * i think he meant having a lot of flights, sitting a lot and etc. ** like in that moment, the only things on his mind were how to get there on time for concert and ATINY video cr. 🫍 It wasn’t really that big of a thing, but it happened during the time when I was going through burnout. Like I said before (about trying to heal by doing things out of comfort zone), since this is something new for me... The thing was, I had a really sore throat, so I couldn’t take singing lessons, but the concert date was getting closer. That one time when Ju asked me when I'll take a practice for song, I had a sore throat at the time. Well, since I’m doing it anyway, I needed to do something, so I decided to learn the language instead. I had to make those 2 hours of lessons worth it to practice my pronounciation. For me, it was pretty hard because I don’t really watch Korean series. The 2 series I remember watching are Full House and The Glory, I guess? So the language wasn’t really familiar to my ears. You know, it’s hard to mimic because I usually learn by mimicking. So when it comes to a language I didn’t really have much exposure to, it takes longer time to practice. The L sound and stuff like that. But when I can finally do it, it's so fun. I love it.
