How is RE7 almost a decade old? Like, I vividly remember watching stuff for it when it came out. Honestly, now that I think about it, RE7 might genuinely be one of my favourite games of all time. I really need to play through it again soon.

👤 what kind of drama will the two of you remember ‘lovely runner’ as? 💙 for me, honestly.. although i really like lovely runner as a drama, i really really like sunjae that it's almost like love. so for me, he's someone i won't be able to forget for the rest of my life. so with that, i think the drama itself is a drama i won't forget. also, in the future too, i think it's a drama i'll keep watching. even now at dawn, sometimes i look it up myself especially when i couldn't sleep around 3 to 4am.. yeah, there are times like that. 💛 to me, lovely runner is like a diary. the sides of me that i was able to show at that time, as well as the atmosphere.. although it's already been a year, if i'm asked to do it right this instant, i wonder if i'll be able to do it. because i think i was able to record how i was at that time (through the drama), i feel like it's a drama that contains my 29-year old self so it's a drama that i'll miss a lot.

John McTiernan on how he learnt moviemaking by watching 'Day for Night' (1972): "I remember when I decided that that's what I was going to do. I went about it like it was reverse engineering. I knew that I had to go and learn what a movie was, not just my experience of going and watching a movie. So I went and sat in Truffaut's Day for Night (1972), watched it for three days straight, eight hours at a time and memorized it shot-for-shot. I got past the story, all the original and secondary experience, so I could study what it was that I was really watching. Film is really sort of a chain that's really linear. Yet when it's all strung together, it just sort of feels like an experience. It takes quite a while to be able to deconstruct that experience to figure out what you really saw." (John McTiernan's interview with Alex Simon, The Hollywood Interview, 1999)

⛰️ I think I was standing for almost half of the flight time. Since I’ve just been dancing continuously from when I was young and doing things like that*, my body isn’t really in good condition. But now, since the situation was such that I had to keep going anyway, I told the flight attendant, “I’m sorry, but would it be okay if I stand for a bit?” ⛰️ When I say it like this, it sounds like I’m making a show of it, but I just wanted to tell you how much it meant to me/how sincere I was about it. Really. It’s not like “I did well, praise me.” It’s just that that one stage and you all were so precious to me**, so in my own way I tried saying this. Yes. * i think he meant having a lot of flights, sitting a lot and etc. ** like in that moment, the only things on his mind were how to get there on time for concert and ATINY video cr. 🫍 It wasn’t really that big of a thing, but it happened during the time when I was going through burnout. Like I said before (about trying to heal by doing things out of comfort zone), since this is something new for me... The thing was, I had a really sore throat, so I couldn’t take singing lessons, but the concert date was getting closer. That one time when Ju asked me when I'll take a practice for song, I had a sore throat at the time. Well, since I’m doing it anyway, I needed to do something, so I decided to learn the language instead. I had to make those 2 hours of lessons worth it to practice my pronounciation. For me, it was pretty hard because I don’t really watch Korean series. The 2 series I remember watching are Full House and The Glory, I guess? So the language wasn’t really familiar to my ears. You know, it’s hard to mimic because I usually learn by mimicking. So when it comes to a language I didn’t really have much exposure to, it takes longer time to practice. The L sound and stuff like that. But when I can finally do it, it's so fun. I love it.
