How is this not instantly bannable? I’m running into/get sniped by cheaters every day and top 500 is flooded with them. Still no promised elo refund either. If people can rage hack this blatantly without getting banned, how many top 500 players are actually cheating more subtly?

Wild Rift matchmaking is at an all-time low. Wild Rift is the only game that matches the rank 3 (top 0.000001%) player with top 15% players. Master tier in Wild Rift is top 15% of players btw. Climbing has become extremely easy for those who spam games, due to the loss shields you gain from playing a lot. There are many examples of 48% winrate Master+ players with 1,000+ games. So even these top 15% players should be even lower in ranking. Their skill level is nowhere near the elo that they are in. This is not only an issue in Master+ but in every elo. PapaSmoothie incentivize players to queue up for Legendary Queue (there hasn't been a single legend player in the last few seasons in NA and EU) or fix normal ranked. I'm surprised this is not a top priority considering how many players quit the game over the matchmaking. My Youtube comments, stream chat, discord server, and X mentions are flooded with complaints about the matchmaking.

Hey PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Support, just another reminder that your ranked is flooded with cheaters and it's time to implement additional measures to catch these cheaters sooner. Start looking into players based off ridiculously out of the norm statistics. It's shameful you have cheaters on the same account, cheating multiple seasons, with zero punishment. This guy is going around rage hacking with meme guns, probably because he knows you guys don't ban people anymore. Get it together. He was crossbowing through smokes in a previous game.
