Similar story new friend. I was always Independent, left leaning voter. I’m GenX. I fought for gay marriage. I have gay and bi family members/friends. I never voted for Trump the first two times. Hated the man. But 2020 changed. I woke up. Started doing the research for myself. Saw I was lied to. Told to take the jab or lose my job. An illegal alien at my PT job took home cash. (I took on PT job bc I was saving up for something and I don’t beg for handouts.) Then, in my day job, I was accused of being anti-immigrant when I’m 1st generation American. My 401K dropped. Pushing for abortions and trans kids. No love for Christ. No respect for the law or our military and I’m military law family too. Just bought all the lies until I started doing my own research. I don’t agree with everything Trump does, but he’s sure has more pluses than cons. And now, through his new deal, he secured a $4.2 billion first ever US Audi plant in my home state. Will add 4500 jobs! Keeps winning

Same here girl. I wanted Hillary. I was teaching and the two gay dad's book had come out a decade b4 and it was getting more and more into gender ideology. Hillary spoke on nationalizing trans bathroom access. Trump spoke on leaving it to the states. Neither were educated much on it, but Trump was at least giving us options by state. I voted for Trump. Then I watched him AFTER the election. Everything I clutched pearls about started making me laugh. I just adored this narcissistic butthole!🤣🤣🤣 Then I read 2 books at the behest of my veteran husband. I never questioned Trumps decisions again.

Sounds pretty familiar. I too was pretty hardcore liberal for years, even as the left got more and more crazy. I saw it happening but was in denial. Then when Charlie died and I saw how they were celebrating it, that was the final straw for me. I could no longer be apart of that.
