How it started... How it's going... This is standard G-per behavior, a standard recipe: 1) Unfairly take something directed at them as 100x worse than it really was; 2) Use it to justify mass attack as "defensive" retaliation; 3) Swarm with the mamximal misinterpretation of what they falsely allege...

It’s been a year since the company I helped start shut down. It was one of those ideas that felt truly “net-positive” for the world, and truly helped people on a personal level. So, over this last year I worked on 2 things — searching for an idea that feels net-positive and something people could connect with on a deep, personal level. That led me to build + launch 2 apps at the beginning of the year: 1. Lyrics: Daily Music Widget - an app that shows you song lyrics from your favorite artists, right on your home screen 2. one year - another app that shows how many days of growth you’ve had in a year Both of these apps had their ups and downs, but they made me realize some pretty cool things: - I want my apps to feel great to use - I want me apps to do one thing really well - I want my apps to feel like a human made them - and, I want my apps to always be made with other people So, two months ago I took those concepts, went to visit @_jeffreyando in SF, and started on an idea that I truly felt could change the way people live their daily lives. And, it’s launching today. This is Find Your Faith, an iPhone app that helps you discover a spiritual path that resonates with you, or helps you dive deeper into a faith you already practice. We started this as a way to help us with our own spiritual journeys. We wanted to explore different faiths in a way that was authentic to us. The beauty about spirituality is there is no deadline on when you should “figure out what you believe in” lol. It’s really something to check in on during the different seasons of your life. And, there isn’t just one way to do it. Some people may enjoy reading religious text, or others may prefer being in the presence of something greater than them. At the end of the day, these are just ways to give yourself the space to explore really tough questions and concepts. That’s what Find Your Faith (or fyf) does — helps you understand where you are on your journey, no matter where you may be, and gives you the space to sit in these questions every day. This is just the beginning for us, and hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed building it :).

My social media friends and family, I want to share a pop culture story with you that is deeply personal to me about my daughter, Jewel, and the rise of the sensational K-Pop grout BTS. As BTS prepares for their comeback performance tomorrow from their military service, some stories deserve to be told the right way. (If it’s available to you, I encourage you to watch the live stream performance Saturday morning at 1 AM EST.) Years ago, my daughter, Jewel, met a group of young men from South Korea who were in Los Angeles working, learning, and pursuing something they believed in. The world didn’t know them yet. They weren’t global icons. They were just young artists trying to find their way. That group was BTS. Jewel’s meeting them happened in a way that still feels serendipitous—and very much like her. While out to dinner in Los Angeles, exuding that natural warmth and vivaciousness she carried everywhere, she was approached by a band member and asked if she would be part of their reality TV show. She said yes, the way she always did to new experiences and new people. That moment led to her participation in their reality series "American Hustle Life," and from there, she was also invited to be part of their “Boy in Luv” LA music video. What began as a simple, genuine interaction—just Jewel being Jewel—quietly became something much bigger. When Jewel first arrived on set she saw something in them immediately. Not just talent—she saw who they were. Their kindness. Their humility. Their work ethic. Their respect for others. She told them they were going to go far. And she came home and told me the same thing… “Dad, they’re going to be stars.” She didn’t say it casually. She meant it. And she was right. Today, the world knows BTS for what they have accomplished—historic musical firsts in the United States, breaking barriers, filling stadiums, speaking at the United Nations, addressing anti-Asian hate crimes at the White House, and bringing people together across cultures and languages. But what makes me proud isn’t just their success. It’s that Jewel recognized their character before the world recognized their fame. After Jewel passed, something profound happened that I will never forget. The group reached out to me and then their fanbase—ARMY—showed up. Not in a small way. Not for a moment. But in a global, unified, compassionate movement. They helped tell Jewel’s story. They helped raise awareness about the defective Takata airbag that took her life. Together, we reached people across every continent. millions of engagements. Conversations that mattered. Lives saved. They didn’t have to do that. But they did. And that told me everything about who they are. Thank you. To the members of BTS—congratulations on completing your military service. That commitment to your country and your fellow citizens speaks volumes about your character. It reflects the same values Jewel saw in you from the very beginning. I am proud of everything you have accomplished. I am proud that your paths crossed with my daughter. And I am grateful that she had the chance to know you—not as the world sees you now, but as the young men you were, and still are at your core. Her belief in you came true. And I know that she is smiling down on you from heaven. —Alexander

President Trump is being duped on polling numbers about the popularity of War with Iran and does not realize it. CNN released a clearly fake or cherry picked poll saying that almost all of MAGA supports the War. This could not be further from the truth. If you think it is, go ask a few MAGA people in your actual life their thoughts on the War. A lot of them are strongly against it. But both the mainstream media and the neocons around President Trump want him to believe these numbers. The left leaning mainstream media want him to believe these numbers because the longer this war goes on, the better it works out for Democrats in upcoming elections. The right leaning mainstream media want him to believe it because their biggest donors are very pro war in Iran. The neocons surrounding him want him to believe it because then they can have the war in the Middle East they have always pushed for. I do not think President Trump is playing 4D chess with this war. I do not think he is super pro war. I do not think he cares about the Middle East that much. I just think he is being manipulated by the people around him and he does not realize it. The best thing for President Trump and the country as a whole is that he recognizes how unpopular this disaster is, corrects course by getting the United States out of involvement, and fires anyone who has lied to him about polling around him. Now to be clear, I do think there are many in MAGA who are suddenly pro this war, but that is just the people who would believe the sky is green and grass is blue if President Trump told them to. That does not represent the majority of the MAGA base. As always, I am not the holder of truth. This is just my assessment of the current situation.

yk 🦊 so relevant when these unemployed people really did space just so they could mock and hate on 🦊 lmao first, it's not his fault that he now had to sing your bias' lines because, in the first place, he was not the reason why he's not in the group anymore. they only have less than 1 week to practice the changes of their choreos and lines but they still deliver their performances professionally and even received so much praises. second, he was not trying to be a ‘girl’. feminine guys probably did not exists in your dictionary. honestly what's your definition of the ‘man’ actually. just because he is gentle, expressive and empathetic does not make him less a ‘man’. you guys are the one who assumes his gender when in the first place, he did not even say about it. instead of being homophobic, maybe you should use your time to study and research. third, he is not trying to be ‘ship’ with your favs. it's not his fault that members loves to takes care and teases him. it's not his fault that members are all whipped for him. noticed how 99% of the ‘ship moments’ were all initiated by the members? that's because he's just breathing yet members still find ways to adore him. finally, your hatred towards him is not actually his fault. it's your insecurities that making you hate him. I mean who would dare to hate 🦊 anw? he's very talented, gorgeous, kind and unproblematic. so if you hates him, it's your problem, not his. stay jealous I guess? in conclusion, your space with your co-akgaes just to mock 🦊 and the members can't make your bias go back to the group. you're ruining his reputation and may hinder his upcoming solo.

Usually I don’t speak on political issues often however Charlie Kirk’s death (RIP) hits a little too close to home. Perhaps it is because anyone who has some resemblance of a following who is outspoken against any narrative online has probably received some sort of threat in their inbox. (I know I have) It is baffling to me that one could harbour such a large amount of hate inside of them to want to have another silenced for having differing opinions than their own. I think about all my outspoken friends who are in positions faced to the public and of course myself and what this potentially means for all of us. This of course, would never stop me from speaking out to what’s right, so perhaps that is also why I wanted to make a comment. To me it is disgusting behaviour to mock/be happy about the death of people you disagree with that have done nothing wrong. I think about all my friends, family who could be wrongfully persecuted based off the delusions of perceived “sides”. The amount of hate manufactured and projected onto you for just living your life and not complying to a certain ideal is insane. I don’t like fear mongering but I also think it’s important to stay vigilant to what’s going on around you. It is a very real reality that there are people out there that hate you just for simply being you and what you represent to them. We’ve seen evidence of this twice this week and I suspect more to come unfortunately. I am always hopeful so I will leave this message on a positive note, that just as much hate has also been met with just as much love. There are many amazing kind hearted people out there standing up for what’s right and building community, coming together. Even if they are moving in silence behind the scenes or in front stage, I see you and I honour your work.
