According to BMI, I am obese. I am a MF beast. That’s what I am. My mind is healthy, my body is healthy and I’m happy out there lifting. But you will never understand. Because your mind ain’t healthy, nor your body. And it is not like you are happy either.

I still train like I’m competing but I’m not. I never did this with winning as my goal. I just love lifting and pushing my body. Same reason I love sprints and Tabata. Same reason I boxed.
