😳 How long has our GoV been hiding a Highly Advanced version of A.I?

Our evil ruling class psychopathic elites developed Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) by the 1990, deployed HIVE MIND AI Global Information Grid or Skynet or Human Quantum Computer and ever since LINKING all american brains to be enslaved and remotely operated for life a la Matrix movie. This is a conspiracy FACT. No journalist or member of the public has ever pressed Yuval Noah Harari on the critical questions: How does he know this AI exists? How has it hacked the operating system of human civilization? And how does it infiltrate and manipulate human thoughts? Negative. I was in a HIGHLY innovative part of the gov and ran a group that outperformed the majority. Got recruited to a startup that is killing it. Gov is set up for cost plus contracting which encourages slow development. All the good stuff came prior to McNamara.
