I love that there’s a point where many of the greatest chefs move beyond tweezer food and back to midnight stoner garbage. And I say “garbage” in the most loving, positive sense. 🤣

I have not and I am not a big fan of fries, or chips as it were, but I would give it a shot especially if that is malt vinegar on it.

I grew up with an English stepdad, so I had everything English, pretty much.

The carb lover in me, on a short leash thanks to GLP’s🙏, is pulling on that leash with vigor. 😱😀🤪

Those look like to-die-for-chips. The bread as well. It took awhile for my American wife to enjoy butter in sandwiches. Now I make her sugar butties, banana butties and even crisp butties. Rasher butties, sausage butties and one of my favorites when I've got an upset stomach - a condensed-milk butty. How many butties have I eaten in 60 years? Thousands...

Favorite snack -minus the butter and on fresh bread loaf- for Greek kids in my time. I still do it occasionally
