In Israel, if MAGs tell a commander not to strike a target because of the collateral consequences for the civilian population, that is not a precatory instruction. The great thing about hearings when those asking the questions are in their A game as is Sen Mark Kelly here, that we see EXACTLY how this regime operates. There is no better example that NOTHING matters except the wants of a corrupt president. The U.S. spends hundreds of billions of dollars on intelligence gathering, assessment and analysis. On 1st Nov (Friday) the case was heard again and the Attorney General guaranteed recovery of the missing Advocate within 24 hours. On 3rd Nov i.e. Saturday Night Advocate Intezar Hussain is allegedly recovered by Police in a car with his hands and legs tied with the Police claiming that he was kidnapped for ransom and the kidnappers ran away when intercepted by Police. The clearly weakened and traumatized Advocate plays along agreeing that he was kidnapped for ransom. So was the Attorney General in touch with the Kidnappers or were the Kidnappers such fans of the Attorney General that they forgot about their ransom and released the missing Advocate out of respect for AG's 24hr commitment to the Court? Stop taking 240 million citizens for fools and don't embarrass yourself further with these ill scripted dramas. Russian Telegram channels post information about a Rostov military unit where Russian soldiers have their ribs broken, are handcuffed to street poles and sent to "zeroing" positions if they do not pay. In Russian military unit #31831, allegedly battalion commander major Petrosyan Oganes Shakhnazarovich and chief of staff major Shek Alexey Alexandrovich handcuff their subordinates to poles and beat them by breaking their ribs, Z-channels claim. Telegram channel ASTRA confirmed the identity of one of the commanders. For example, the video shows an officer beating a subordinate with a fan for drinking alcohol in the unit. In addition, the two officers allegedly collect 50,000 rubles ($545) from soldiers every month, and those who do not pay are sent to positions where "it is simply impossible to survive." One of these dead guys is 18-year-old Mikhail with the call sign "Luntik", according to pro-war channels. Also, in this unit, humanitarian aid is allegedly being sold off and fake documents of a combat order for 40,000 rubles ($444), which allows to leave the military unit.
