How many hours a day do you waste?

Downtime isn't always wasted. Humans are not machines.

I like what John Lennon said, doing nothing, isn’t necessarily a waste of time. “ time you enjoy wasting , was not wasted.”

So much time wasted doing pointless activities - and in my case, a lot of that is social media. Some of it can be healthy and fun, but when you cross the 1 hour mark I think it becomes a drain on productivity and damaging to mental health. Enjoyed watching this Dr Peterson.

Most of the time is wasted on social media and Sir, you are preaching not to waste time on Social Media too.

Two hours a day. And I should study something interesting. Like category theory.

None, because I always have multiple fires on the go, so time works for me in multiplicity. And because so much of it is timing, there is plenty of time to relax and wait for the well earned return.

I admit, especially this summer, I’ve been wasting too much time. I should be spending hours a day writing and practicing my music. I will get there. I write every day but I want to more than I am. Being creative and pursuing becoming great and masterful at my crafts is the best thing in life I can think of.
