RC customer service have so far screwed us from a booking they failed to register back in April 2023 and could care less. We’ve been told it’s our fault, it’s the travel agents fault, it’s the credit card company’s fault - everyone but RC trying to help. More posts to come!

Got a sorry not sorry email from RC about my Icon suite I booked in 22. Booked an unobstructed suite but I'm getting an obstructed suite. Take or leave it from RC. Can't cancel a vacation two weeks out. A better solution is needed.Future cruises still list the suite unobstructed

Your prices are outrageous! Cruising with Royal this year is double the cost since last year. Trying to stay loyal to Royal but the prices are making me choose other cruise lines!
