When he honked, the red car slammed on its’ brakes and in his opinion, it made him have to jump the curb/median to avoid running into the the back of the red car. The red car speeds away and the driver who has his girlfriend and his dogs in the car decides to follow him. He calls the police and tells them he is following the red car.
