Very hard to count. There likely are hundreds if you count all the things that fall into the 'wheel' category. 'Wheel' is much more then the 4 wheels with tires and the steering wheel.

The answers are 5,6 & 7. 4 wheels 1 steering wheel + 1 spare (tehcnically a wheel) + 1 flywheel (only on manual) Not all cars have a spare. Colloquially referred to as a "spare tire", not a "spare wheel'. Automatics use a flex plate, not a flywheel.
