This tweet by EBL is crazy, cause: 1. You can see in the same passage of play (on the video) he is dropping into the 6 position, so calling players movement "shy away" probably the most anti analytic argument possible. 2. In the play he is mentioning, Zubi recognizes Ode and Rice are on the double pivot already so correctly moves himself up on the pitch. 3. If you see what happens in the passage of play, is exactly what he says in another tweet that is a brilliant tactical setup where we play long and use Rice+Zubi to fight for second balls. Exactly what happenes in the play he mentions that ends up in Madueke attacking the half space. Its amazing how easy it is to twist and turn things to look different around here! That is why you should always be careful with clips, and should check the game 1 minute before and after the event. Also be careful with people that provide analysis based on just one event, too many analyst around here will provide long commentary on 1 bad shot, or 1 bad touch as their impression for a whole match or season. People of Nabi Ball!❤️✌🏾 There is progress in this team👏🏾 The patterns need time to develop and for the team to be consistent in them. ■ The left side looked better with Mmodi and Shinga✅️ ■ We needed Duba to attack the box and be available more when these 2 attacked on the left. He dropped to the edge of the box very often. ■ Unlike in the 1st half, there was a better understanding between Shinga and the LW. When Shinga overlapped, Mmodi was willing to occupy the pockets and combine. ▪︎ When Shinga inverted, Mmodi was happy to hug the line and take his man on. This understanding was key in that side coming to life in the 2nd half. ■ What was also impressive was the ability for them to create good combinations and movements with Mdu and Duba on the offense from the left side. ■ Lilepo from the right was getting into good goal scoring positions when the left was creating in the 2nd half, but poor decisions on the ball and slow reactions were a problem. He should compete on the LW with Mmodi. ■ In the 1st half, it was Monyane and Vilakazi on the right, and 2nd half it was Mmodi and Shinga with some of our best moments in attack. Overall, you can see the general attitude of this team changing. They want to play now. They want to stay on the ball and create chances from a position of control, not rely heavily on transitional moments to create chances. We have shown signs that we can control and be patient, but when opportunities to attack comes we are relentless, and we use a lot of speed to enter the final 3rd. We just need to work on the combinations and finishing in the final 3rd. La Città Proibita AKA The Forbidden City [2025] Directed By: Gabriele Mainetti Finally got to watch this and what a surprise this Italian film was. With choreography done by Trayan Milenov-Troy of Alpha Stunts and Emiliano Novelli of EAStunts (Not the gaming studio). I should have known this was going to bring the heat. Really dig the story of Mei played by Yaxi Liu (This is her first leading role but been doing stunts for a minute) on looking for his sister while captive we get to see the trials and tribulations different immigrant ethnic groups face in Italy. While the hunt for the truth is how the film starts of, we get a lot of character depth and background, motivations for said actions and what it is to be loved or not. Really a great film and you get at least five solid quality action scenes with one very epic one in this 2hr film. Now, the romance in this is great but one felt a little force, they had the buildup but rushed it. Two, they should have swapped one part of the finale with the earlier encounter before it got there. Overall, the ending was, how can I put it. It was sweet. Really loved this film, especially the freaking soundtrack. Great selection of classic Italian music and Chinese. Well Go USA Entertainment has acquired the rights for this film so be ready to get bless and massive thanks to thefanaticaldragon on the reminder of this film.

How can you solve complex tasks using a Large Language Model? Here is a 2-minute introduction to everything you need to know to 10x the quality of your results. Let's talk about three techniques, in order of complexity, starting with the easiest one: • In-Context Learning • Indexing + In-Context Learning • Fine-tuning In-Context Learning The team that trained GPT-3 found something they couldn't explain: You can condition a model using examples of how you want it to behave. I included an example prompt in the attached video. You can "teach" the model how you want it to interpret questions, select the correct answers, and format the results by giving a few examples. You can also give specific knowledge to the model that will be helpful when formulating answers. We call this approach "grounding the model." There's another example in the video. Indexing + In-Context Learning Unfortunately, there is a limit to how much data you can include in a prompt. We call this the "context size." One version of GPT-4 supports a context of approximately 6,000 words, while the other supports 25,000 words. Although this sounds like a lot, many applications need more than that. Imagine you wrote a book and want to build an application to answer any questions about your story. What happens if your book is longer than the context? That's where Indexing comes in. Using a model, you can turn every book passage into an embedding. These are vectors, numbers that "encode" the passage's text. You can then store these embeddings in a particular database that supports fast retrieval of these vectors. You can then turn any question into an embedding and search the database for the list of passages that are similar to that query. Instead of using the entire book to ask the model, you can now use the relevant passages as in-context information, effectively working around the context size limitation. Fine-tuning Fine-tuning can give you an extra boost to get reliable outputs from your LLM. It is, however, the most complex approach on the list. There are different approaches to fine-tuning a model with your data. A popular technique is to process your data with your LLM and use the outputs to train a new classifier that solves your specific task. Notice that here you aren't modifying the LLM. Instead, you are chaining it with your trained classifier. Another approach is to modify the parameters of the LLM using your data. Think of this as "rewiring" the model in a way that solves your particular task. The results and costs will vary depending on how many layers you want to fine-tune from the original model. Many companies think that fine-tuning is the solution to their problems. In my experience, many will benefit from exploring the other two approaches. Every day we care, and we do small things, small things that multiply, and together we achieve big things. Together, we have been fucking fierce and mighty, a force to be reconned with. Something that cannot be stopped. We know within ourselves that we will never stop fighting and doing what we can. People may not understand us. But i'm reaching into my heart and telling you. What YOU do. YOU the person reading this. You have changed opinions. You have stopped at least one person believing Russian propaganda. YOU have saved at least one life, Atleast. Through your passion of being a good fucking human. You have made a difference in this world. Never underestimate the power of us. Liam & alcohol addiction and substance use. Or maybe I should say Liam & depression Before any of you start calling him an alcoholic and drug addict again, let me tell you what addiction is. I'm not talking about the “dictionary“ definition; you can search for it yourself. I'm talking about the “real life” definition. Addiction is a survival mechanism. No one starts drinking out of nowhere or because they get bored at home. Addiction is much more than this. Addiction happens when the outside world is too much to bear and you have to find a way to survive. You're anxious, you're depressed, everything becomes too much and you don't know what to do. You don't want to feel anymore; you just want to be numb. So you start with “Just one glass.” and end with “Just one more.”, after having several. You know it’s not right at some point, but all you can think of is, “So what?”. That happens when you want to forget about the world. A world that can't understand you, a world that's too much to bear. The same goes for drugs. So, no, you don't start drinking or using substances for fun. Many of those who get on this path have a terrible depression. The problem with depression is that some can very easily hide it. There's one called high-functioning depression, and it’s the most dangerous one because no one can see it. You are crumbling on the inside but look happy and sunny on the outside. You usually do that because you realise the people around you don't and can't understand what you are going through. So you just hide it. Because it’s easier. Addiction is never the main problem, but that's all the people outside see. People never try to find the real problem. It’s easier to call someone addicted than to search for the actual reason that's behind it all. But we all know Liam was open about his struggles. He was in recovery, he tried his best to be fine. He fought every single second of his life to survive. That man went through so much sh*t some of you can't even imagine, in a world full of hate pointed at him. Yes, he probably had a bad depression too, among other things. And God forbid any of you to have a bad depression because you don't know how fucking hard it is to even wake up in the morning. Properly functioning requires a new level of mental strength. And he was fucking STRONG and BRAVE and KIND and I can go on for 2 days, and he DIDN'T deserve anything that happened to him. Keep this in mind. So, if you don't know about a subject, you don't have to talk about it. You know nothing. You have no idea what he'd been through. He openly talked about mental health and his struggles. He wore his heart out on his sleeve all the time. He was honest. And all you heard was “alcohol and drug use”. You never cared about him. You never cared about the people around him who didn't support him at all, the people who harmed him in a lot of different ways. You don't care at all. You should be embarrassed of yourselves for being this blind. Open your eyes. It’s already late but do it at least now

When I was 8 years old, growing up in Taipei, I called my aunt in San Francisco and asked: What is the best science and technology school in the world? She said MIT. I went on the internet, found it, and decided that was where I was going. All because of a Steven Spielberg movie about a little robot boy who wanted to find his mom. I grew up as an only child. What stayed with me from that movie was not just the technology. It was the possibility that one day, an artificial companion could understand how I felt. That was the first time I remember being moved by a technology that could change how humans experience reality. Years later, I did get to MIT. I studied AI before it became obvious. I became a machine learning engineer, built my first company, joined a $3.5B VC fund, left to build again, failed, started again, moved to New York alone, and built through one of the hardest crypto markets as a solo founder after the collapse of FTX. I kept going because I have always been drawn to technologies that change how humans understand the world. AI was the first version of that. Crypto and prediction markets are the next. I think that Silicon Valley was already decaying in the prestige that it held in American society. We built important things. Then we veered away from that, and we started building less important things. And now we're at a point where we've potentially started to rebuild important things again, but we have this veneer of negativity and mistrust that are created in large part because we just cannot get our sh*t together. And the leaders of the frontier labs are public enemy number one. Number two, I think what it creates, which I think is bad, but what it creates is an incredible opportunity for the hyperscalers. And the very simple opportunity is to convince governments all around the world, not just America, that they should be the gatekeeper. A: You can't trust these guys. B: These models are all over the place. C: Let us be the ones that provision them to the world. We will wrap it in KYC. I've been now talking about KYC for a while, right? Who are these customers? Do they have identification? Why are they allowed to run these models? What are they prompting? Let's keep them so that there's an audit trail. All of these things are going to become issues. The Frontier Lab folks made it an issue because of how they've handled all of this up until now. And what does that create? Now that creates an oligopoly for AI, the most powerful economically leveling instrument we've ever seen in the hands of maybe a handful of hyperscalers, who by the way, would make an incredibly compelling argument, and they would be right. And the only counterfactual to it would be, ‘Well, trust us, guys, it should actually be much more open and in a far more distributed environment.’ Can you imagine the cost and the complexity if you ask the neoscaler to build the same robust KYC or the same VPC infrastructure that Amazon and Microsoft and Google have spent decades investing trillions of dollars in? It's an impossibility, Jason. So you can take all of those datacenters off the map. You can take all of the neoscaler market off the map. All of this was preventable. So instead of a diverse, robust, open ecosystem giving a tool that is the fundamental unlock for humans, we are now going to debate gatekeeping and duopoly versus oligopoly.
